Turnaround Time
All shows are processed in the order they are recorded. The standard turnaround time for a 60-minute show is 2–3 weeks. During less busy times, editing may be completed sooner; however, from November through January, higher recording volume and holiday schedules may extend processing times.
Rush Fee
If rush processing is available, a $75 fee applies. Rush service is offered only when it does not delay shows recorded earlier.
Additional Venue & Travel Requirements
My standard pricing includes normal setup time prior to the performance and travel within my standard service area.
Additional fees may apply when a venue requires unusually early call times, extended onsite waiting periods, multiple setup sessions, or travel beyond my standard service radius. Any applicable fees will always be discussed and approved before booking.

LiveStream
Most cabaret rooms do not allow outside livestream anymore. However, if you have an event that is not in a traditional cabaret room, e.g., a church, a school theater space, your home, or some other venue, feel free to ask for pricing options. The venue will need to have reliable internet; that can be either wifi or ethernet connection. Unicodia does everything possible to keep the stream alive. But, we can’t control livestream drops or freezes. We can share options for what to do after the event if the livestream should break.
If the livestream is complex, we may have to add an additional staff member to manage the stream.
Details of Services
Unicodia records with multiple cameras, and provides link to a fully edited recording as an MP4 file to clients.  Clients then download (a.k.a. save) the file that is associated with the link to their computer or online storage space.  The client may opt to upload to a streaming service, e.g., YouTube or Facebook.  Raw files are not generally delivered.  (Inquire about fees associated with delivering raw files via email.  This is generally only done by production companies because the fee is higher than what most individual would be willing to pay.  Most will use the .mp4 of the edited show, which is simpler to share, and smaller file size to archive for individuals.  The .mp4 is what is what Unicodia delivers as part of the basic video service.)
Popular optional video services include:
Individual videos of a short piece of the show video (Per video pricing)
Sizzle reel (The cost varies depending on the amount of work required, and can be as low as $75 if all clips are clearly identified, and we can complete it in one or two rounds of edits.)
Photo Usage & Licensing
The delivered photos include a visible Unicodia logo/signature. Image licensing depends on how the photos will be used.
Promotional & Commercial Use: Additional licensing fees may apply for use on websites, show cards, album covers, printed promotional materials, advertisements, or other marketing purposes.
For website use, no additional photo credit is required as long as the Unicodia logo/signature remains visible.
Social Media: You’re welcome to share the photos on social media at no additional charge. Please include Photo Credit: Steve Bustamante / Unicodia.com in your post and tag me when possible.
